Beta Protocol
Governed Genesis Phase
The BlazeXL Beta Protocol defines the operational standards for users invited to participate in the genesis phase of the Governed Runtime. By accessing the early-provisioned Compute Grid, you agree to the following technical and governance requirements.
1. Grid Stability & Maintenance
The Compute Grid is currently undergoing active optimization for precision and low-latency execution.
- Provisioning Latency: Users acknowledge that hardware-isolated sandboxes may occasionally experience variable Spin-up times as we scale the cluster.
- Scheduled Downtime: Maintenance segments may be triggered via the Governance Gateway to deploy infrastructure updates without prior notice during the Beta phase.
2. Logic Dual-Verification
While BlazeXL promotes deterministic execution, the Beta Protocol requires institutional users to maintain a "Human-in-the-Loop" verification standard.
- Audit Requirement: All Blaze Blocks published during the beta should be dual-verified against legacy systems before being used for high-stakes production decisions.
- Anomaly Reporting: Participants have a "Duty to Report" any logic deviations or unexpected Python execution errors to the engineering team via the Command Center.
3. Feedback & Benchmarking
Early access is granted in exchange for active participation in our refinement loop.
- Telemetry: Anonymous execution metadata (throughput, memory usage, and CPU cycles) will be monitored to benchmark Compute Grid performance.
- Design Partnership: Participation may include brief technical interviews or requests for feedback on Governance Gateway workflows.
4. Data Sovereignty in Beta
All privacy protections defined in our Security Index apply during the Beta Protocol. Your data remains transient, hardware-isolated, and is never used for model training. The protocol specifically focuses on the stability of the transfer and compute layers.
5. Confidentiality (Genesis Standard)
Participants are entrusted with "Genesis Phase" features that have not yet reached general availability.
- Non-Disclosure: Users agree not to publicly share screenshots, performance benchmarks, or internal Gateway documentation without explicit authorization from BLAZE LABS PTY LTD.
- Access Control: Early access seats are tied to specific identities. Unauthorized sharing of session tokens or access keys is a violation of the protocol.
6. Provisioning Rights
Blaze Labs reserves the right to de-provision or throttle Beta seats at any time to preserve the equilibrium of the global Compute Grid or to cycle participants for broader testing coverage.
7. Technical Support
Support for the Beta Protocol is handled through a priority channel within the Governance Gateway. For urgent provisioning issues, contact [email protected].
