Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 23, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BLAZE LABS PTY LTD (ABN 66 694 592 553) ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the blazexl.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
2. The Service
BlazeXL is a universal AI-first Data platform that provides an AI Analyst, high-performance Python compute, and universal data ingestion (including Excel integration, local file support, and clipboard ingestion). The Service also includes "BlazeXL Modules" for creating and sharing reusable analysis logic. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the Python code you execute via BlazeXL, including code generated by the AI Analyst or contained within Modules.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data you ingest into the Service (e.g., via Excel ranges, CSV/JSON files, or clipboard pasting).
- You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You will not attempt to bypass our security measures or perform "jailbreak" attacks on our sandboxed environments.
- Your use of the Service does not violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Python Execution and Sandboxing
BlazeXL executes code in isolated, sandboxed environments. While we take extensive measures to secure these environments, we cannot guarantee absolute isolation in all scenarios. You acknowledge that executing arbitrary code (including code generated by AI or shared Modules) carries inherent risks.
5. AI Analyst and "Verified Results"
The BlazeXL AI Analyst generates Python code to perform data analysis. While we strive for accuracy and provide "verified results" via code execution, you are responsible for reviewing and validating the outputs generated by the AI Analyst before relying on them for critical business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BlazeXL and its licensors. Your proprietary data and any Python code you write (including Modules) remain your intellectual property. Shared Modules may be subject to additional license terms if you choose to make them public.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BLAZE LABS PTY LTD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
